Updated version of the Vroom Vroom Vesper build.
Early game: Stat priority is Attack Damage > Attack Speed > HP. You want to get Wealth and Spiral ASAP to help farm gold. Dismantle unneeded skills for dream dust and try to get Passive to +8. Once passive is +8, I just use the boss souls to lvl up passive. You can temporarily put Faith on Arrow Storm if you need to farm stacks fast.
Early Memories I use until getting final memories:
Shadow Step > Blink
Ice Shield/Glacial Stomp > Arrow Storm
Sanctuary of El > Umbral Edge
Reasoning to go this build than Hysteria:
Whirlwind is just better than Hysteria. Hysteria has a fixed movement speed. With Whirlwind you can abuse the movespeed you get from Quicksilver.
Frost + Glacial Core combo is just really good when you have Clemency + Guidance combo. The healing combo is to get a fat shield so you don't get one shot in later loops. Spirial + Quicksilver is to always have movespeed with enemies present. Virtue is so you have multiple charges of Blink to dodge if you need it. You can replace Virtue with more damage, but its just a nice Quality of nice to run around the map.
