Seriously all you need to scale to infinity with Yuber. get 5+ charges on Ice Shield, and the ability to get them all back with tranquility - then Scorch for massive damage.
There is no interaction at all with the game, meaning it cannot stop you from building infinite barrier, while being invincible half the time.

Any CD on Tranquility will make the build more invincible and spam faster.
Any %damage buff on ice shield like Essence of Predation (also giving stats) or Divine Faith is by far the best way to speed up boss clears (you will kill lvl20+ bosses in under a second)
With Essence of Predation for AP the game becomes a literal joke, and you can sleep through whatever is thrown at you. Sleep more that is.
Essence of Wealth can obviously accelerate the process of becoming OP.
