For the second Slot it is ideal to use a memory that does not need a target to not accidentally oneshot the Boss. Other than that memorys dont Matter so Take highest lvl and Bring then to the altar
Essences :
On the dash use clemency and guidance for heal the last Slot can be any essence common ones are the best because you can lvl them the fastest this esscence is sacrifed before the final Hit to get the Maximum amount of dust.
The second Skill is only relevant to use essence of voracity which gives 1000s of % attack on very high lvl other than that Here are your passive gems like perfection and Essence of giant which is not necessary but helps keeping you alive before you oneshot everything.
The esscences on the third Skill are for HP (early) and gold since most enemys will die to glacial core with this build.
The esscences on Shout of oblivion are the esscences thatgive the highest %dmg to my knowledge
